Services

Our services are designed to promote healthy, positive relationships within the entire family unit. We recognize that every family is unique, which is why our support includes not just the child, but also parents, siblings, and even extended family members—if that’s what matters most to your family. By fostering understanding, connection, and shared experiences, we aim to strengthen the bonds that make your family thrive.

If Your Child Was Recently Diagnosed with Autism
It’s completely normal to feel overwhelmed — there’s a lot to take in. The important thing to know is: you’re not alone, and there are many supports available to help your child and family thrive.

Let’s Talk About Your Options — Including:

  • Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA): Evidence-based strategies to support learning and behavior

  • Occupational Therapy (OT): Helps with daily living skills, sensory needs, and motor development

  • Speech Therapy: Supports communication, language, and social interaction

  • School-Based Services: IEPs, accommodations, and special education supports

  • Water Therapy (Aquatic Therapy): Builds motor skills, coordination, and sensory regulation in a fun, low-impact environment

  • Equine Therapy (Horse Therapy): Promotes emotional growth, coordination, and confidence through interactions with horses

  • Other Complementary Therapies: We’ll explore what works best for your child

You don’t have to figure it all out at once.
I’m here to help you navigate, ask the right questions, and find what fits your child’s unique needs.

Individual/Couples Counseling

Navigating family relationships can be challenging when you’re raising a child with special needs. The added stress can affect marriages, sibling dynamics, and overall family harmony — especially when it comes to making decisions and agreeing on the best approach.

Individual and family therapy can provide valuable support, helping families strengthen communication, manage stress, and work together more effectively to meet their child’s needs.

Sibling Sessions (virtual coaching or in home)

The relationship between young neurotypical siblings and their autistic sibling often introduces complex family dynamics. Parents may struggle with feelings of guilt as they try to divide their time fairly, foster equal relationships, and nurture positive bonds among their children. During sibling sessions, we focus on incorporating neurotypical siblings into the play of their neurodivergent sibling. Through guided activities, we work on essential skills such as sharing, turn-taking, and social communication. These sessions aim to strengthen sibling connections and promote healthy, supportive relationships within the family.
